In this role you will be responsible for hiring and working with sales reps nationwide, building the rep force, and traveling with them to Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts in the industrial channel. Once you gain traction and open new accounts, there will be opportunities to add and build the ladder beneath you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Manage the Industrial Channel
  • Lead P&L and understand what the P&L statements mean
  • Communicate and build relationships with customers
  • Building out the Strategy, Hiring Independent Sales Reps for all major territories/customers
  • Manage sales reps over the distribution groups
  • Use customized strategies and approaches to support major retailers
  • Work cross functionally with the sales and marketing support teams to help drive the sales process
  • Assist in preparation for retailer meetings including SKU analysis, GAP analysis & Retail details
  • Project management using the Teamwork planning platform
  • NetSuite CRM Database management

Requirements:

  • Interest in sales, account management, and new business development
  • Well organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Experience leading reps selling into the industrial channel
  • BA/BS in business or relevant field
