What you will do:

  1. Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:  Implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
  2. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, search engines, display advertising, and content marketing.
  3. Content Strategy: Develop content strategy and oversee the creation of engaging content (e.g., blog posts, videos, advertisements, infographics) for different digital platforms.
  4. Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), create and schedule content, and engage with the audience.
  5. Email Marketing: Execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize spending to maximize ROI.
  8. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously optimize digital assets and marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates and drive desired actions (e.g., lead generation, sales).
  9. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, content, product) to ensure alignment and cohesion in marketing efforts.
  10. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to stay ahead of the curve and drive innovation.
  11. Brand Management: Uphold and reinforce the organization’s brand identity and messaging across all digital marketing channels.
  12. Partnership Management: Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed to support digital marketing initiatives.
  13. Customer Experience Optimization: Continuously improve the digital customer experience by analyzing user behavior, feedback, and data to identify opportunities for enhancement.

What is Required:

  1. Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, advertising, or a related field is required.
  2. Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency in various digital marketing channels and techniques. This includes SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms is also beneficial.
  3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills for interpreting data, measuring campaign performance, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Google Analytics is required.
  4. Creativity: Must be able to come up with creative ideas for campaigns, content, and strategies to engage audiences effectively and differentiate our brand in a crowded marketplace.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying messages clearly and effectively across various digital platforms. This includes writing compelling copy, crafting engaging social media posts, and communicating with team members and stakeholders.
  6. Project Management Skills: Effective project management for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns within budget and deadlines. This includes prioritizing tasks, delegating responsibilities, and managing resources efficiently.
  7. Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Must possess a willingness to adapt to new technologies, trends, and best practices.
  8. Experience: Must have at least 4 – 5 years’ experience in digital marketing.  Experience managing campaigns, analyzing data, and driving results in previous positions is a must.
  9. Industry Knowledge: Experience with Consumer Packages Goods required.
