Objective: To support dynamic sales and operational activities through effective management of timelines, communication, and process development, catering specifically to the needs of Costco, retail customers and various suppliers.

  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring alignment with the requirements of both Costco, other retail accounts, and suppliers
  • Experience in managing retail programs, with the capability to navigate the intricacies of inline and online sales channels effectively.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing efficient processes and procedures to enhance workflow and project outcomes regarding retail accounts like Costco and Costco.com

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive timelines for all programs, coordinating closely with Costco and suppliers to meet project deadlines and expectations.
  • Maintain rigorous attention to detail in all aspects of project management, from documentation to communication, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, adept at engaging via email, over the phone, and in-person meetings, to maintain clear and consistent dialogue with all stakeholders.
  • Utilize advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and Outlook to manage projects, communicate updates, and organize information systematically.
  • Apply a proactive and strategic approach to problem-solving, capable of anticipating challenges and devising effective solutions.
  • Innovate and establish streamlined processes and procedures to optimize workflow, project tracking, and stakeholder communication.
